Two Civilizations in Europe

To understand these scientific facts, historians and ordinary people
must understand that “Ras” is:
1. not some city or fortress, as in Serbia it is erroneously and vulgarly
imposed by academics and specialists of the Serbian Academy of
Sciences and Arts who, at the same time, cannot determine where
such a city or fortress is located, despite the fact that I correct them
and I criticize them for it;
2. not the mythical Serbian city of Ras and
3. that the concept of “Ras” has no connection with the territory!
“Ras”, on the contrary, means belonging to the genus (the Race of
the Origin), which corresponds to the concept of “Az” or “As,” as
they called “Pre-origin / Origin”, meaning Kolo (circle), as the ag-
gregate of the annual cyclic movement of Mother Earth around its
immaculate Sun / Yarilo. Thus, Ras means “the Race of the Origin”,
that is, the “the Race of the Kolo,” which creates the wedding life
cycle (Earth and Sun) on the planet Earth (Sun Halo/crown of life
on Earth),

Historians must understand that history and humanity are not the
genocidal expanse of the constant disappearance and constant emer-
gence of new peoples and civilizations. Unfortunately, the onslaught
of the Western, Roman concept of the creation of monoethnic states is
an obvious part of our everyday life. Therefore, today the entire mil-
itary power of the West is used to prevent all Serbs from living in one
state. Everything else is the part of the political technology of Divide et
Impera / Divide and Conquer.
The two civilizations that existed and exist today need to begin
to understand each other as soon as possible. Or, at least, so that the
SlaVonic peoples (SlaVs) begin to understand the basics of their law
and their civilization. The Bolsheviks, as mercenaries of the "Amer-
ican" bankers, the German military command and the Vatican during
the First World War, prohibited the study of “Slavic law / Slav rights”,
first in the USSR (although the “bankers” initially planned that the
USSR was a supranational creation, by which they managed, would be
in the Balkans, which they managed to do only after the Second World
War), and then in Yugoslavia, when Alexander Vasilyevich Solovyov
(who emigrated from Bolshevik Russia and taught Slavic Law, with
compatriot Fedor Vasilievich Taranovsky, at the Faculty of Law of Bel-
grade) – was expelled from Yugoslavia to Switzerland.
Due to the fact that in a territorially conceived organization of so-
ciety, law is prescribed by the legislative body, in science, the law is
erroneously associated exclusively with the existence of the state.
In order to note the characteristic of Slavic civilization itself, it
is necessary to distinguish the term “people” from the “nation”. The
people denotes the whole in which someone was born, and the nations
are connected with the territory.
The word Russia is based on the denotation “RAz”, or the new
“Ras”, which is a compound of two words and is at the same time their
abbreviation, which meant “Race of the Origin / Original”, and the
Original for the ancient Slavs was: Kolo.
Since the concept of Ras lies at the root of the word Russia [rʌʃә] (be-
cause even today the Russian people pronounce the name of their state
Rasiya [R ʌ ssiya], although from the Romanov era this name is written
in Russian: Россия/Rossia), the Rodina / Родина (Latin: Gens; Eng-
lish: Motherland) is a synonym for the word “Russia / Rasia / Rassia”
so far as fundament of name Russia is “Rod / Gens of Az”. But when
the word “Rodina / Motherland” is translated into Western language,
the prefix “land / territory” is added, because the West understands the
person's belonging to the whole, or “nation / whole”, through the ter-
ritory: motherland, fatherland, homeland (English: fatherland native
land, home, homeland, German: Heimat, Vaterland, French pays [pei -
territory], Danish: fædreland, hjemland; Dutch: vaderland, geboorte-
land, Italian: patria, port país natal, torrão [country, terra – territory]).
This is due to the fact that “nations” in the West were not created on
the principle of race, but were created as a result of the expansion of the
territorial concept of the Roman Empire and after its disappearance,
by blood, war and the cross, the influence of the clerical follower of the
Roman Empire, and respectively the Vatican, or the “Holy” Roman
Empire as it was called in the Middle Ages.
The peoples of Europe were formed artificially, not on the basis of
race, but on the principle of territory and as a result of bloody religious
wars that arose because of:

1) on the one hand, the spread to the North and East of the “Holy”
Roman Empire in clerical form – the Vatican;
2) on the other hand: because of the opposition to centralism of
such a religious form of the Roman Empire.

As a result of many years of religious wars, many countries appeared
in Europe after the Augsburg Peace in 1555, and accordingly after the
Peace of Westphalia in 1648, in which the principle “Cuius regio, eius
religio / whose region, their religion” was approved, which meant: if
the prince of some region was Catholic, then the whole region became
Catholic, and if the ruler was a Protestant, then the whole region
became Protestant, that is, one new nation was created on that separ-
ate territory.
As a result of the colonialism of these “territorial” nations and the
newly formed languages from the Vatican, the genetic composition of
those nations was changed after the collapse of the colonial forces. It
should be kept in mind that the genetic composition of some of these
nations was also changed due to the racist tendency to change their
genetic composition, with the intention of avenging their cooperation
in the Second World War with the Nazis. In the nations created in this
way, and in new conditions, the principle of “Cuius regio, eius religio”
may soon turn into the principle of “Cuius religio, eius regio / Whose
religion (will be dominant), their region”, that new nation will consist
of members of a different religion compared to that which existed after
the medieval religious wars.
In Russia, (as well as in Serbia), it is precisely thanks to the “princi-
ple of race” (determination of a person’s belonging / status to a whole
society by race) more than 192 races (peoples) survived, and between
them the main race: the Russian people, which unites and preserves
all the other races (peoples) on the territory of Russian civilization,
although the foreigners tried, with incredibly cruel (Red) terror, to re-
place the Russian people with a single people (according to the Roman
model, which disappeared after the fall of the Roman Empire, because
it never existed as a whole). They tried to replace the name “Russian
people” with “Soviet people / Soviet citizens”, as they are trying to
create an advertising term “Russians” today according to the model of
the American “melting pot / melting pot of nations”.
Because of these significant differences, Roman territorial civiliza-
tion constantly MARGINALIZES (Orthodox) SlaVs:

a) for thousands of years, MARGINALIZING and ASSIMILATING:
1) the Etruscans (or as we – Serbs – incorrectly spell: Etrurtsi)
from the Apennine Peninsula;
2) SorVen / SоrBen / SerBe from Kranjska / Krajina / (o)Krajina,
which was in modern Slovenia;
3) SorVen / SоrBen / SerBe from Serbian (u)Krajina and Dal-
matsia (by displacing Serbian Cyrillic AzBuka and force upon
the Latin alphabet and catholicization);
4) hel(V)enov (ZorBov) from the Peloponnese;

b. in the 20th-21st century:
1) from Serbian (u)Krajina, which is currently in Croatia: 650,000
Serbs were expelled from Croatia (in just four days of 1995, during
the Tempest Operation, 250,000 Serbs were expelled from Re-
publika Serbskaia Krajina - Croatian, with the help of the US pri-
vate army (PMC – a private military company, translator's note);
2) NATO expelled 250,000 Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija in
1999;
3) in Montenegro – by constitutional deception they turn Serbs
into Montenegrins (Milogors);
