Two Civilizations in Europe

4) from the Russian (o)Krajina, which was turned into (U)Kraji-
na, in 2014-2015 1,200,000 Russians were expelled and everyone
keeps silence about it.

When the Serbs, ousted from the West by the Roman Empire, and after
that the Roman Empire (the so-called “Byzantium”) from the East,
managed to impose a territorial model for determining statehood,
then in the time of Stevan Nemanja, in the XII - XIII centuries, outside
the borders of RasCie / Russia (of today's Serbia, which the Romans,
like today's Byzantologists, respectively, agents of the Romans, reduced
to the so-called Rash region, respectively, in the Romance language,
sounding like SerVia) outside Ras / Rashka there are more Relatives
of the race (people) “rAs (of the race of Origin, or according to the
modern dictionary: Serb)”, than in the open spaces of the so-called
Rashka (Serbia). Therefore, the third son of SteVan Nemanja, Rastko
decided to sacrifice himself and give up worldly life, taking the monas-
tic rank in the Russian monastery of St. Panteleimon on Mount Athos,
receiving the name of Savva, due to which he later managed:
1. unite, by the spiritual power of Orthodoxy, all people of terri-
torially fragmented, Serbian countries (in Latin logic and terminol-
ogy: Serbian territories) on the Helm Peninsula (from the Greek word
Helios, which turned into Ilios / Ilirs, but in fact from a more ancient
Slavic concept: Kolo(Venia) – today's “Balkans”);
2. “With Krmchaia / Kormchaia book (Law) of Saint Sava of Serbia”
to combine rAz / rAc (race of the Original / kolo / choroWoda) or in
modern language saying: to unite many countries of Russian civiliza-
tion, such as: Ras/Rashka, Hum, ZaHumle (Serbia), Dalmatia , Bosnia,
Bulgaria, Romania, Rus, Russia – where this foundation of the law of
that time was applied.

Russians and Serbs – today are in the same situation that SteVan Ne-
manja was, because millions of Russians, respectively Serbs, remained
outside the territory of present RasCia / Russia, respectively, of today's
Rashka / Serbia, which the Byzantologists still narrow in their works
to the Rash region.
Slavenko Terzic, Doctor of Historical Sciences and Corresponding
Member of SASA (Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts) in his work
“OLD SERBIA - the drama of one civilization”:
1. on page 18 he published a map of Giacomo Cantelli da Vignola,
which was compiled in Rome in 1689, and on which the name is cor-
rectly written: «Il regno della Servia detta altrimenti Rascia», as
a designation of the whole of Serbia, because the primordially basic
name of the Serbs was Ras, as all Serbs (especially in modern Voj-
vodina) were called until 1848, when in Vienna they mistakenly con-
vinced the Serbian patriarch Rajacic that Ras-Rac was a derogatory
Hungarian nickname for the Serbs, although “RAs” is a designation of
Sacred / Divine Origin;
2. on page 18, in the Serbian signature on the card, Terzic unreason-
ably and mistakenly translates the correct name “Rascia / RusSia” as
“Rashka”: Giacomo Canteli da Vignola, “the Kingdom of Serbia called
Rashka” although he himself quotes:
i. on page 19 Terzic admits that “sometimes instead of Serbia the
name Rashka is used as another name for Serbia”, but on the same
page 19, and then on page 20 and other pages he unreasonably reduces
RusSia / RasCiju to the “regional name Rashka” , on page 20, clarifies
this with a quote from the “great German historian Leopold Ranke,”
who, according to Terzic, says: “At Senica, Karageorgiy crossed the
mountains to get straight to the old nest of the Serbian kingdom in
Rashka and Gorny Lima, to his fellow believers”;
ii. on page 17, "Serbs, as a people ... quickly accept alien names of
their countries and regions."

The house of my ancestors kept the famous flag received from
Karageorgi (my ancestors cherished it after this arrival of Karageorgi
“to the old nest of the Serbian kingdom in Rashka and Gorny Limu”
(about which the German historian Leopold Ranke wrote) until the
Turks burned the house of my ancestors, and the flag burnt with it).
By chance (with the ray of God), in my works, it is I who prove that the
names SerVia / AlBania / RasCia, every blessed one, like many others,
are derived precisely from the concept of Races (as a personal / tribal,
rather than a territorial definition of belonging), which meant “Race of
Origin”, and since the “Origin” for the ancient Slavs was “Kolo”, which
creates the “Halo/crown” of life on Earth. Therefore, all these names
of the Race /Ras/ Rascia are synonyms, and have the name: KoloVeny
/ KoloVeniya, which is derived from the understanding of the "Race".
This is confirmed by the fact that the word Serbia is derived from the
word KoloVeny, through SorVen / SorVeny / SorBeny.
Thus, according to Terzic, Serbia should not be “Belgrade Pashal-
uk” (which many in the West would like to limit it to), but “Rashsky,
respectively, Bosnian Sandzhakat (Novopazarsky Sandzhak)”, after he
writes on p. 650 (“Novopazarsky Sandzhak” , see Old/Stara Serbia ”in
the list on p. 36) for on p. 36 he gives the sacred name of the whole
Serbian race Ras:
1. to the “Rashka of the Four Sanjaks”
(1. Plevalsky, 2. Sienichsky, 3. Pechsky, and 4. Pristina);
2. or abbreviated as “unifying concept”: “Novopazarsky Sanjak”;
3. or “briefly Sanjak”.

Terzic on page 37, where he publishes the map of M. Brion of 1788, does
not see that the term RasCia is synonymous with the name SerVie,
therefore he declares: “Detail of the map of M. Brion, ... which means
the space of the Rash region”, because he doesn’t even hear the opin-
ions of scientists in the field of the theory of state and law on the variety
of criteria for determining membership in society:
– in the Roman Empire as a territorial civilization;
– among the Slavs, who determine belonging by gender, and not
by territory,
That’s why it happens that a synonymous term appears on the map,
the concept for the Serbs – Ras / Rasi / RasSeni, but Terzich and the
same academics reduce the name RusSia / Rascia to the narrow region
of Rashka, which is one of the forms of OUSTING the people of Ras
(Russian and Serbs: ORTHODOX SLAVS), which SASA will not study
and expose, but even its members, unfortunately, will contribute to
this repression, moreover, Russian scientists hypocritically glorify
them and their works are not critically translated into Russian.
We have witnessed that today the borders of the Bolsheviks of
Lenin and Broz (I.B. Tito) are the same “Romeysky” (or, if to make it
more beautiful for you, “Byzantine”), a way of fragmenting the Russian
people (and, accordingly, the Serbian people ), as Gaius Julius Caesar
slyly did to conquer KoloVen (Latinized: HelVet-s), that is, the people:
KoloAz (Latinized: Gaulois - Gall-s) 3) and oust them from Europe, as
they do today, crowding out the Russians from the outskirts of Russia,
which the Vatican through its seminaries renamed into the name:
Ukraine, where in Roman, territorial concept one nation “Ukrain-
ians” should live and speak the same (new) language – Ukrainian, al-
though the presidential candidates and members of the government
of religion, it would seem – all are not Slavs. They consider themselves
KhAzArs (Khazarii), although this is a fictitious term composed by:
– from the ideographic sign “x / X” (Kolo or figuratively: sown field)
– “Az / Origin”,
– Arias, for this is namely the designation of the SlaVs: AzRod or
Venae, for most Russian Jews are fair-haired and light-eyed, which
means that they are of SlaVic origin, and a very small part of them is of
Turkic origin (Azerbaijan).

Therefore, when I state that “Serbia and the Serbian people are not East
in the West and West in the East”, since even the Serbs are part of the
Races or RasSenskaia / Russian civilization, which we today call Russia
and archaeologically: Vincan culture (according to archaeological ex-
cavation of Vinca, near Belgrade, translator's note), it should be kept in
mind that the true name of the Vinci civilization was: Ras.
Today, a paradoxical and extremely dangerous situation has formed
for the Slavic world, because – and today in the textbooks for schools
and universities of the Slavic and non-Slavic countries, as well as in
the media, pure propaganda is published, which contradicts common
sense itself, because it is based on German colonial historiography
(which German scientists themselves refused), according to which:
a) Serbs and other southern Slavs are taught that their ancestors
moved to the Balkans from the North in the 5th-7th century;
b) Russians are taught that in the same period, in the 6th-7th cen-
turies, Russians moved from the South, including the Podunavie /
Balkans / South (where “strong unions of Slavic tribes lived in this
period”, as published in Russian history textbooks for the sixth and
tenth grades) to the space of the modern city / river of Moscow, which
