Two Civilizations in Europe

• the cross of the Sun, which ends on the outer / visible part – a
flower and
• the cross of mother Earth, which goes on the external / visible
part – in volute.

Primitive, but wise people of Lepenskiy Vir with their dwellings in
the form of AzBuka (Russian Cyrillic alphabetical) “A” respective-
ly “Az” installed and followed the First Source / First Origin of the
Sun, which gives the View, and therefore they noticed that this is
not just the movement of Mother Earth and the Sun reflected in the
tree in the form of tree rings (in the singular – god (year), whence
the German word Gott and the English word God come from), they
thereby caught the divine, as we would say today, ecological beauty
of the tree and began to build first of all from wood, the first temples
in Vinca are houses.
In all languages in Europe, a column (pylon, pillar), as well as
in languages where only a few people are used in Great Britain, the
column is called COLumn, except for the Serbian language, where it
makes sense, arose and has been preserved as the concept of “colo”, -
national dance dedicated to the joy of the movement of the Sun and
the Mother Earth, male and female principles. So as people do not
notice a mutual connection and a single source, Serbs were imposed
the name to designate the column: “stub / pillar”.
Orthodox Russians / SlaVs express the same cosmogony of cap-
itals today in the form of the most beautiful spiritual capital – the
five-domed cross-shaped church.
Millions of tourists, Russian and foreign ones, appearing before
the Intercession Cathedral Church, are so fascinated by its beauty
that they do not notice that the basis of this complex composition is
very simple. It contains “Az-Kolo” in the form of a central dome and
clarification what Kolo is:

a. four large domes are arranged in the shape of a cross repre-
senting the Sun, while;
b. four small domes form the cross of Mother Earth.

The domes are made by SCREWing 6) together, both externally and
internally in the Intercession Cathedral Church remind us that this
is Kolo: the movement of Mother Earth around its immaculate Sun.
Thus, in this temple there is also a continuity of SlaVic / koloVen-
ian culture from Lepensky Vir and Vinci (and Gornia Vinci, today
in Republika Srpska).
The Science school of “Continuity of (Slavic) law and culture”,
which I created at the Moscow University of MNEPU, is one of the
ways to counteract the genocidal theories about the constant dis-
appearance of peoples and civilizations. The Science school of “Con-
tinuity of (Slavic) law and culture” will help:
– resist the fragmentation of the Serbian (Russian) people;
– to know and prove the duration and stability (regardless of
the natural and social disasters to which humanity and our Serbian
people are exposed, whose name was always Ras / race of the Origin,
which is not a mythical Serbian city, but its form of personal deter-
mination of a person's belonging to the social community through
genus) of Russian culture and civilization ...

The word culture (and culture itself) arose from the Serbian / Old
Russian word Kolo (round, circle), which was converted into KVLV
then into CVLT / Kult, (and in Latin it was preserved that the word
culture originated from the word COLO / Kolo).
The most ancient view of the world (worldview) of ancient SlaVs,
who called themselves KoloVeny, was brilliantly simple – “Everything
is Kolo (circle)” (the unity of the Earth’s movement around the Sun,
nature and man), on the basis of which they found that this Kolo
of reciprocity of cyclic movement gets materialized on a tree cut in
the form of years (annual rings), which allowed them to specify the
duration of the year in Lepensky Vir, (365 days, because of which, the
ancient SlaVs / KoloVen had a Kolodar / CalenDar consisted of: 13
months of 28 days, so much still the women’s menstrual cycle lasts,
which is 364, plus “Az-Day / Origin” on June 21, which completes
365 days of KoloDar, and gives the four seasons), as the time of the
resurrection of nature, so they were able to move from a nomadic to a
settled life form (which is the beginning of culture) and begin build-
ing houses from a (divine) tree in Vinca, planting cereal seeds in the
furrows and collecting crops in the same place.

Conclusion
Science is constantly evolving, and therefore historians must get rid
of the ugly theory of the permanent disappearance of peoples and
that, as an obvious fact, accept the continuity of the Slavic culture
that existed in the vast expanses of Rome (Byzantium), and in Asia
Minor and the Balkans for millennia before and after the V century.
A new scientific approach to the continuity of culture must be
opposed to theories about the genocidal nature of man, which follow
from the allegations of the constant disappearance of entire peoples
and the constant emergence of new cultures and peoples ...
Serbian, like Russian diplomacy, should study these issues of the
theory of state and law, and my discoveries, which were supported
by two leading Russian scientists in the field of theory of state and
law, who signed the foreword to my book in Russian: “The original
meaning of the word Moscow and Russian origin of rUssian state-
hood”, and thus outlined the specifics of Slavic law, the organiza-
tion of society and on the basis of this, should protect the interests
of Serbs, respectively, Russians outside the borders of Russia and in
international organizations.

These scientific discoveries were also sent as a report to the organ-
izers of a scientific and practical conference at the Diplomatic Acad-
emy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia on April 27 and
28, 2017 (but they were not included in the Collection of reports), and
I personally presented them at the TESLA GLOBAL FORUM from
7 to 10, July 2017 in the center of Andrevle on Mount Frushka Gora.
